Chapter 1 titled "The Habit Loop" that explains all about what habit really means and what it is. The author found that habits take up approximately 40% of our daily routines. "Our brain processes routines by using a three step loop. irst, there is a cue, a trigger that tells your brain to go into automatic mode and which behavior to use. Chapter Three titled, "The Golden Rule of Habit Change" as the reader will learn which parts of the habit rules or loops to change and the best ways to go about doing this process. The author shared stories about Tony Dungee reinvented the football team Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Indianapolis Colts but instilling those same habits into those teams.
